NAME
        chmod - change file mode bits

SYNOPSIS
        chmod [MODE] [FILE]

DESCRIPTION
        Changes the mode bits of a FILE based on the MODE string.  MODE is
        either an octal number or contains the characters +-drwx.  If an octal
        number is specified, the bits map to the drwx field.
